该职位来源于猎聘 Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join our Legal team. This role will be instrumental in managing and protecting Kids2's global intellectual property portfolio, supporting product innovation, and advising cross-functional teams on IP strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent law, preferably with experience in consumer products, mechanical or electrical engineering, or design patents. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global IP strategies aligned with business goals. Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications. Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement analyses. Manage outside counsel relationships for patent prosecution and litigation. Collaborate with R&D, product development, and marketing teams to identify and protect innovations. Provide IP training and guidance to internal stakeholders. Support trademark and copyright matters as needed. Monitor competitor IP activity and industry trends.
Qualifications For Patent Attorney: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar. For Patent Agent: Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or science and registration to practice before the USPTO. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably in-house or with a law firm serving consumer product companies. Strong understanding of U.S. and international patent laws. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with design patents and IP strategy for physical consumer products. Familiarity with trademark and copyright law. International IP experience (e.g., CN, EP, JP filings). Passion for innovation and protecting creative ideas.
