- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English (verbal and written)
- Act as a translator/ interpreter between LIMS offshore Team and Chinese Site SMEs
- Collaborate with Site business LIMS offshore Team and prepare MOMs during meeting with stakeholders.
- Help the team to prepare and convert any documents from Chinese to English and vice versa
- Explain project related documents which are written in English to Chinese Site business team and vice versa
- Help and collaborate with the Site SMEs for translating the global SOPs/ Work Procedures (WPs) if needed
- Perform a role of LabWare LIMS SME for all respective master data building and responsible for timely delivery of LabWare master data objects for respective cells
- Facilitate the requirement gathering and gap assessment exercises by participating and acting as an interpreter in the technical and functional discussions between LIMS team and Site SMEs.
- Understand the requirements, findings and comments from the Site SMEs and to convey those to the LIMS team members as technical and/or functional requirements/comments.
- Understand the concerns, questions and suggestions of the LIMS team members and to convey those to the Site SMEs in Business and/or functional terms.
- Experienced in LabWare LIMS related master data migration and enhancements, e.g., Product, Sample Plan, Item Code, Stored Queries, Analyses, Calculations, Subroutines, Format Calculations, etc. and to be able to participate and pursue in technical discussions involving these concepts.
- Knowledge of Release, Stability and Environmental Monitoring testing in Pharma QC domain.
- Track and report the progress of the overall activities, both by the LIMS and Site teams.
- Communicate with the other teams and vendors for dependency resolutions and tracking.
