- Ensures smooth implementation of the projects in the plant for:
- New products, new equipment, modification of the production equipment and production cycles, re-layout, product Modifications (PM),
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders (other Plant's Areas, Platforms, HQ Operations and Logistics, Customer), from the procurement phase (RIIN, RDA, PO) and installation of the equipment up to the product and process validation, with a focus on RBPS-related activities coordination.
- Ensure coordination with Foundry Launch Manager to provide requirement and schedule related to casting for prototypes, PPAP and Launches. 【RESULT AREAS】
- Elaborate a detailed plan for all the project phases related to the plant.
- Coordinate procurement, testing, plant installation and cycle testing phases in collaboration with Plant Industrialization and Quality up to the product and process validation, with a focus on RBPS-related activities coordination.
- Lead problem solving activities related to the planning of the projects he is responsible for.
- Support Production in the definition of training plans for the use of new equipment and related documentation.
- Analyze Industrial KPI (performance and economic indicators) of the start-up of new projects, promoting activities to meet targets.
- Supervise the execution of the efficiency plans on new Projects, coordinating Technologies, Plant Industrialization and Plant Production System.
- Provide information to Plant Logistics in terms of material, lines scheduling and manpower needs for PPAP, SOP and ramp-up of new projects.
- Monitor with Plant Logistics the implementation of the internal logistic flows and packaging solutions.
- Assure the alignment and flow of information among all stakeholders (other Plant's Areas, Platforms, HQ Operations and Logistics, Customer).
- Ensures the success of customer audits aimed at R&R activities taking care of the plant preparation (material procurement, line availability, production slot setting…) in collaboration with Plant Quality.
- For the projects impacting the Industrial Footprint, be the liaison between the project team and the Platforms.
- Guarantees support to Plant Manager and Technologies in defining new project launches impact (manpower requirements, lines availability,) during budget and business plan process.
