- Deliver effective and timely electrical design and programming for FFU equipment and filter products.
- Deliver technical support on commissioning and sea trial, localization and new technical landing and problem fixing. Specific Accountability具体职责
- Communicate with sales and client in defining client requirements.
- Work closely with client to support customized project relevant electrical.
- Prepare basis of design, concept design and detail design as required including Specification, Drawings and Cost estimation.
- Prepare specifications and scope of works for relative packages.
- Make and provide specific Wiring Diagram to support customized product execution.
- Conduct electrical interface meeting to support customized product development.
- Localization support for electrical relevant parts, make qualification plan and qualification test report for the localized components.
- Review and verify supplier or contractor's proposal.
- Carry out site visit and prepare site observation reports as needed.
- Technical contact window of China engineering, to interface with Operation & HQ corresponding functions, to ensure the implementation of engineering change request/engineering change notice in customer and manufacturing plant correctly in electrical aspect.
- Support problem solving for commissioning and sea trial, same to platform products trouble shooting.
- Develop a Library of Specification that comply with applicable GB codes and international standards along with local codes.
- Training and develop Engineering team electrical knowledge and competence.
- Complete other tasks assigned by your direct manager.
Job Qualification任职资格 Education
教育
Bachelor or above degree, major in Electrical, marine engine is a plus.
Experience 工作经验
- Over 6 years' experience of PLC programming or electrical engineering background.
- With solid experience & strong on few or several of below fields, HMI/ converter /Electrical wiring / Sensors / automation / valves / actuators / pump / system commissioning.
- Experience of electrical system design is a plus.
- Familiar with marine Class regulation is a plus.
- Background & insight in the Marine product is a plus. Skill 技能
- Solid technical skills in electrical engineering & PLC programming, knowledge of Siemens / Schneider PLC is a must.
- Skills of EPLAN software and PLC software are required.
- Fluent English both on oral & written.
- Problem solving and target oriented.
- Good communication skills.
