- 熟悉前端(HTML、CSS、JavaScript 框架)及后端技术原理。
- 具备较强的项目管理能力,有成功协调跨部门团队及外部供应商的经验。
- 优秀的问题解决和故障排查能力,能够同时管理多个项目并高效完成。
- 有生命科学、生物科技或医疗健康行业经验者优先。
- 中英文流利,具备出色的沟通能力,能够与技术及非技术相关方高效合作。 Responsibilities: Lead the website team, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning, design, and development to launch and ongoing optimization. Optimize website performance and user experience through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and customer journey analysis. Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Product) and external vendors, driving the on-time and high-quality delivery of website projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in web development or website management, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or ), and back-end technologies. Strong project management experience with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare industry preferred. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of working effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
