  • Collect and analyze customer's requirement, optimize customer's existing operation and manufacturing process to work out a system solution for customer.
  • Formulate a detailed project implementation plan.
  • Establish and manage the entire project team.
  • Organize and manage the entire MES implementation project including project scope, progress, cost and risk and so on.
  • Responsible for project acceptance.
  • Customer satisfaction management. Requirements:
  • Bachelor or above.
  • CET-4 or above, able to read, write and communicate with the headquarters team.
  • Familiar with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing process. .
  • Familiar with enterprise management software MES, ERP, PLM…
  • Had a software development experience will be a plus.
  • Strong leadership and good communication skills.
  • Able to frequently travel.
