- Collect and analyze customer's requirement, optimize customer's existing operation and manufacturing process to work out a system solution for customer.
- Formulate a detailed project implementation plan.
- Establish and manage the entire project team.
- Organize and manage the entire MES implementation project including project scope, progress, cost and risk and so on.
- Responsible for project acceptance.
- Customer satisfaction management. Requirements:
- Bachelor or above.
- CET-4 or above, able to read, write and communicate with the headquarters team.
- Familiar with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing process. .
- Familiar with enterprise management software MES, ERP, PLM…
- Had a software development experience will be a plus.
- Strong leadership and good communication skills.
- Able to frequently travel.
