HR Specialist / Senior Specialist (ER,C&B)

Objectives:

  • Lead employee relations and compensation & benefits work, primarily responsible for mainland China operations, and assist in the Hong Kong and Singapore regions.
  • Manage the employee relations cycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, attendance, vacation, employee records, talent policies, and visa matters.
  • Handle compensation management, including monthly payroll calculation and disbursement, tax filing, social security & housing fund administration, and data statistics and analysis.
  • Support talent recruitment activities, including promotion, process tracking, candidate screening and communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Continuously monitor employee details and status to provide insights for management decisions and enhance employee well-being.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to independently handle English documents, policies, and regulations.
  • 2 to 6 years of relevant HR work experience, with solid hands-on experience in Employee Relations and C&B modules. (The specific job level will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.)
  • Proficient in labor regulations and compensation & benefits operational processes in mainland China. (Familiarity with Hong Kong and Singapore practices is a plus.)
  • Excellent data processing and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, service awareness, insight, and a high sense of confidentiality.
  • Identify with an open and collaborative corporate culture; possess strong logical thinking, initiative, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.

人力资源专员/高级专员(员工关系&薪酬方向)

目标:

  • 主导员工关系和薪酬工作,主要负责中国大陆地区,协助开展中国香港及新加坡地区。
  • 开展员工关系管理,包括入/转/调/离手续、考勤/假期、员工档案、人才政策、签证等。
  • 开展薪酬管理,包括月薪计算和发放、报税、社保公积金、数据统计分析。
  • 协助开展人才招募,包括宣传、流程进度、候选人筛选和沟通、面试安排等。
  • 持续关注员工细节和状态,为管理决策提供依据,并提升员工幸福感。

要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,人力资源、管理学等相关专业优先。
  • 具备良好的英文读写能力,能够独立处理英文工作文件及政策法规。
  • 具备2至6年人力资源相关工作经验,尤其在员工关系与薪酬模块有扎实的实操经验。(职级将根据候选人的经验、能力及面试表现综合评定。)
  • 熟练掌握中国大陆地区的劳动法规及薪酬福利运作流程(同时熟悉中国香港及新加坡者优先)。
  • 出色的数据处理与分析能力,熟练使用Excel等办公软件。
  • 具备优秀的沟通能力、服务意识、洞察力及高度的保密意识。
  • 认同开放共进的企业文化,具备良好的逻辑思维、主动性、责任心及抗压能力。
