VP / Head of Amazon (P&L Owner)
to lead our Amazon business across the
US/EU (and JP if needed)
. This executive role carries
full P&L responsibility
, with a mandate to deliver sustainable
GMV growth, margin improvement, and TACoS efficiency
, while building a scalable global e-commerce engine.
Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership
: Define and deliver annual/quarterly targets for GMV, margin, TACoS, inventory health, and OOS%; lead weekly/monthly business reviews (WBR). - 1P/3P Strategy
: Shape and execute VC/SC strategy and cadence; negotiate VC terms (COOP, rebates, chargebacks), optimize 3P pricing and profitability, enforce MAP & channel discipline. - Retail + Advertising
: Oversee retail readiness (content, reviews, SEO, A+), and integrate SP/SB/SD/DSP campaigns; establish TACoS and ROAS frameworks at category/ASIN level. - Supply Chain Execution
: Manage S&OP, forecasting, replenishment, and FBA IPI; improve in-stock rate; lead Prime Day/Peak planning and deals cadence. - Compliance & Brand Protection
: Safeguard account health, ensure category approvals/compliance, and manage PR, reviews, hijacking, and IP risks. - Team Leadership & Collaboration
: Recruit and lead an 8–15+ cross-regional team; work closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Legal; manage external agencies (AVS/SAS) when required. - Data & Systems
: Build dashboards and KPI frameworks (GM, CVR, BSR, LTV/CAC at ASIN level) to drive data-based decision-making and automation. 
Requirements
- Amazon Experience (Must-Have)
: Former
Amazon Retail/Marketplace/Ads L7/L8
(Sr. Vendor Manager, Category Manager, Instock, Marketplace, Ads, etc.), with proven career progression. - Proven Results
: 3–5+ years of direct ownership over
$100M-level Amazon business
, with measurable improvements in GMV, margins, TACoS, and inventory health. - Bilingual
: Fluent in English and Mandarin; experienced in US/EU–China cross-border collaboration. - Builder DNA
: Capable of scaling from 0→1→N; hands-on operator comfortable driving strategy and execution (listings, P&L, inventory). - Preferred
: Experience in small kitchen appliances or consumer electronics; leadership background in Amazon aggregators/agencies (Pattern, Tinuiti, Flywheel, etc.) or brand-side Amazon Head.
