Analyze market dynamics, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors to uncover untapped business opportunities for KIWI's integrated marketing and PR services. Drive the entire pitch process, from initial research and proposal development to presentation and follow-up, to secure new business partnerships. Continuously expand the client base by exploring new industry segments and business models, establishing KIWI as a trusted partner for integrated marketing and PR services. Project Management and Client Relationship Management Serve as the core project leader for key client accounts, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to execution and evaluation.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, to ensure smooth progress of creative content development, large-scale shoots, media placement, PR activities, and other related tasks. Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing timely updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and proactively understanding their evolving needs. Build and nurture long-term, trusting client relationships based on reliable service and successful project outcomes. Manage project risks, resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of all project components, including creative outputs, media campaigns, and PR events. Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices for business development, project management, and client service, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team. Job Requirements Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or related roles within the integrated marketing, advertising, or PR industry. Proven track record in successfully join the project pitches, securing new clients, and managing key accounts with a history of delivering successful marketing and PR campaigns. Proficient in project management, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
