Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

- 市场分析与竞争策略:收集和分析市场数据及竞争对手信息,制定针对性的市场推广策略和销售计划,保持市场竞争力。
- 销售数据分析:跟踪销售业绩和市场趋势,分析销售数据,提供业务报告,并根据分析结果调整销售策略和行动计划。
- 跨部门合作:与市场营销、产品管理、客户服务等部门紧密协作,确保销售计划的顺利实施,并解决业务过程中遇到的问题。
- 培训与支持:为销售团队提供持续的培训和支持,提升团队专业技能和产品知识,确保团队能够有效地推广公司产品。
- 预算管理:制定并管理销售预算,确保销售活动在预算范围内进行,并实现预期的投资回报率。
- 市场反馈收集:收集并反馈市场需求和客户意见,协助公司产品改进和市场定位调整。
Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)

- 学历要求:本科及以上学历,药学、市场营销、商业管理或相关专业。
- 经验要求:至少10年以上的医药行业销售经验,其中至少5年以上的团队管理经验,有零售药店销售背景者优先。
- 市场知识:熟悉中国零售药店市场的现状和发展趋势,具备良好的市场洞察力和分析能力。
- 客户管理能力:优秀的客户关系管理能力,能够有效维护和拓展客户资源。
- 沟通与谈判能力:出色的沟通技巧和谈判能力,能够与各种利益相关者进行有效的互动。
- 领导力:具备卓越的领导力和团队协作精神,能够激励和引导团队成员达成销售目标。
- 数据分析能力:良好的数据分析能力,能够利用数据支持决策,并优化销售策略。
- 英语能力:良好的英语听说读写能力。
