Job Description

  • Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of a consumer-facing CRM system.
  • Design and operate a loyalty program that reflects premium brand values and enhances customer engagement.
  • Integrate CRM and loyalty features into WeChat Mini Programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive seamless online-to-offline integration across retail, events, and product experiences.
  • Develop personalized member journeys, offers, and rewards to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., member acquisition, redemption rate, CLV) and generate actionable insights.
  • Support VIP sales teams with CRM tools to elevate clienteling and high-touch service.
  • Prepare for CDP (Customer Data Platform) implementation by assessing infrastructure and integration points.
  • Ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations and secure data handling practices.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing CRM systems in luxury sectors such as fashion, hospitality, or premium consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with digital-to-physical integration strategies.
  • Knowledge of China's data privacy laws (e.g., PIPL).
  • Experience designing high-end member journeys for affluent Chinese consumers.
  • Proficiency in deploying CRM platforms and tools.
  • Workable English communication skills.
