Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role)
Proficiency in data analysis and formal presentation
Solid market acumen and digital mindset
Track record of helping clients achieve their business goals through targeted human capital initiatives (digital transformation project experience is preferred)
Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
Expertise in either Rewards, Talent Management or Communication and Change Management
Passion to acquire, share and disseminate new information and knowledge
Self-motivated achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, and integrity
Good command of both written and oral Mandarin and English
