该职位来源于猎聘 Job Purpose: The role is integral to the Service Transition and Implementation team, focusing on Customer Management, Carrier Management, Internal Stakeholders Management and Financial Management. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Customer Management activities: -responsible of validating the order with the local customer in the local language by performing local site validation. -responsible for communicating with the local customer to establish delivery dates in alignment with the overall required customer delivery date and ensuring all inquiries and updates are addressed promptly and clearly. -responsible for regularly update the local customer on the delivery status to ensure transparency and notifying local customer of any delays or any potential issues. Carrier Management activities: -responsible for the local carrier circuit ordering and their delivery management, taking necessary actions to escalate or expedite implementation issues to minimize delays in meeting customer committed delivery dates. also need proactively notifying PM and local customer of any delays or potential issues. Internal Stakeholders Management activities: -responsible of the activity scheduling and ensuring the readiness of all required components, including circuit, equipment, configuration, human resources -responsible for regularly updating on delivery status and any potential delays affecting expected target date by working with internal different department. -responsible for updating tools for the respective tasks and ensuring others update their tasks as well. Need ensure related databases are always updated. Financial Management activities: -assist PM in applying backward scheduling to ensure timely coordination with customer provider and Orange Business Services resources. -fully accountable from order provision till order closure. push PM to handle project progress and time to minimize potential costs and to raise billing in time. General Qualifications: Customer Management: solid F2F onsite client management experience in IT SI/Telcom delivery field. Have strong insight of identifying opportunity over problems Ability to prioritize the customer success over internal challenges. Know how to build a healthy relationship with different kind of clients. Internal Stakeholder Management: Strong agility thinking, and project management with agile methodology Ability to take fast actions instead of perfect ones. Strong teamwork spirit over individuals Solid multiple and cross functional departments collaboration experience with strong senior stakeholders' management skill. Carrier Management: Have clear mind to set up well-structured partners performance metrics. Solid experience on monitoring and analyzing carriers' performance in well-structured way. Ability to balance carriers' interest in a dynamic way based on constant changed company interest Financial Management: Proficiency in managing costs associated with carrier services and identifying opportunities for savings. Strong mindset for financial thinking and financial management experience. Ability to identify cost risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect profits. Skills & Expertise: Language: Fluent in English speaking and writing. Technical: Basic network knowledge , CCNA and other similar level certification is preferred Project Management: Agility Methodology is strongly preferred / PMP is basic. Educational background: University Degree,
A degree or diploma and Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or equivalent Agile related certification such as CSM(Certified Scrum Master) etc.
