Following The Connected Business Model To Make It Easier For Consumers And Trade Partners To Buy Goodyear Tires, Interact And Run Promotion Programs For Consumer Is a Critical Step In Completing And Achieving Excellence In Our Aligned Distribution. The Trade Activation Manager Position Will Focus On The Following Key Objectives

  • You're responsible for Achieve retail business objectives and consumer brand preference by supporting the different retail channels (online and offline) through development of a holistic trade Activation strategy and execution of the trade Activation plan for Goodyear
  • You're responsible for Propose and execute cross-channel consumer promotion programs taking into full consideration Goodyear's different consumer segments, broad product portfolio, and diverse channels to establish complementary programs and drive synergies across online and offline (including car dealers) retail channels
  • You're responsible for Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance and other key stakeholders) in order to develop and align on an integrated consumer Activation /promotion plan and execute the integrated plan with excellence
  • Manage spending to drive topline and bottom-line results

You're responsible for Strategize and design an integrated and efficient trade Activation plan based on the brand promise and desired consumer shopping experiences in accordance with company policy. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of Goodyear's trade Activation plan

Advise on pricing promotions taking into account market dynamics led by e-commerce platform

Propose and execute cross-channel consumer promotions

You're responsible for Streamline & optimize BTL (below-the-line) activities eg. seminars and roadshows, including concept and content, process, materials, and execution. Ensure the activities are efficient and consistent with brand guidelines and company policy

You're responsible for Analyze product pricing and consumer promotion programs , including competitor promotion information Collect and analyze consumer data with a focus on the consumer shopping journey

You're responsible for Provide guidance and governance to channel partners and related sales teams for key initiatives including product launches and promotional acitivies
