- Sales & Distribution Development 销售及分销拓展 (60%)
- Develop relationships with pharmaceutical companies in assigned territory to best understand customer needs, capital buying cycle, preferred mode of new technology acquisition; 与指定地区的制药公司建立关系,以更好地了解客户需求、资本购买周期、新技术收购的模式;
- Develop sales business plan and achieve the sales budget for assigned territories; 制定销售业务计划,实现指定地区的销售预算;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and track sales targets; 编制月度、季度和年度销售预测,并跟踪销售目标;
- Work directly and with regional or segment distributors to develop and manage the opportunity pipeline and drive revenue to hit targets; 直销及与区域或细分分销商合作,开发和管理机会渠道,推动收入达到目标;

- To collect, analyze and communicate the relevant business and market information ((market size, distribution, pricing etc) and develop recommendations for actions that contribute to the growth and profitability of the business and ensure products maintain market leadership. 收集、分析和交流相关业务和市场信息((市场规模、分销、定价等),并制定有助于业务增长和盈利的行动计划,确保产品保持市场地位;

- Work closely with Global Life Science Team to share knowledge, exchange experiences and drive all activities that will enhance the awareness, acceptance and sale of our products, including exhibitions and seminars, etc. 与全球生命科学团队密切合作,分享知识,交流经验,并推动所有活动(包括展览和研讨会等),以提高我们产品的知名度、接受度和销售额。

- Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmaceutical Industry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related majors; 制药、生物技术、化学工程或相关专业,本科及以上学历;
- Minimum 3 years in sales of capital equipment for pharmaceutical industry; 至少3年的制药行业设备销售经验;
- Proven previous experience of successful sales performance in Pharmaceutical Industry; 在制药行业成功取得销售业绩的经验;
- Good understanding of and experience with Chinese market dynamics and direct and indirect (distributor) business processes; 对中国市场动态以及直销和分销(分销商)业务流程有良好的理解和经验;
- Solid knowledge of GMP requirements and aseptic and non-aseptic production; 对GMP要求以及无菌和非无菌生产有深刻了解;
