Job Description
Position: Senior Product Engineer
- Industry: Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing - EV Cables, Power Cords, Transformers, Wire Harnesses
- Reporting to: Product Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Development Manager in developing new technologies and enhancing existing solutions.
- Handle R&D projects from concept through to manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery and cost competitiveness.
- Manage product costing, quotations, and cost analysis throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive R&D initiatives.
- Achieve cost-saving targets aligned with management benchmarks.
- Source, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and materials.
- Assess material suitability and product design to meet engineering and quality standards.
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in power cords or electronic products.
- Familiarity with R&D processes and project management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
Compensation And Benefits
- Work location : Dongguan
- 5-day work week.
