Your Contribution
As a Development engineer _ HVAC, you will be responsible for developing automotive air conditioning modules with technological leadership and cost advantages.
System design and development:
Responsible for HVAC concept development fulfilling all customer technical requirements.
- Create innovative HVAC concept to maintain technical leadership and project acquisition.
Lead the performance simulation (CFD), structural optimization, and layout verification of the air conditioning module, and complete the preparation of technical documents such as BOM, DFMEA, DVP, TR, etc.
Project collaboration and customer communication:
Conduct technical communication with OEM, understand SOR requirements, participate in project initiation, OTS approval, and APQP processes.
- Coordinate supplier development, sample production, DV/PV test verification, promote problem rectification and mass production introduction.
Product optimization and VAVE:
Promote the platformization, lightweight, and modular design of air conditioning module.
- Lead VAVE proposal and implementation to enhance product competitiveness and cost control capabilities.
Quality and after-sales support:
Responsible for analyzing and resolving quality issues of air conditioning module during the mass production stage.
- Support after-sales technical problem troubleshooting, implementation of change plans, and customer training.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in refrigeration, thermal energy, vehicle engineering, mechanical design, etc.
- With at least 3 years of experience in the development of automotive air conditioning modules.
- Experience in heat pumps/multi zone HVAC is preferred
- Familiar with the vehicle development process, DFMEA, DVP, PPAP knowledge,
- Familiar with the working principle of air conditioning systems, heat and mass transfer, functional requirement such as TCC, air flow, acoustic etc.
- Familiar with EE components application in air conditioning module,
- Familiar with fluid mechanics and CFD simulation;
- Proficient in using office software and CATIA design.
- Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, good team spirit and stress resistance, good project milestone awareness and problem-solving ability, innovative thinking.
- Good English skills
