Principal Responsibilities
Business related
- Weekly DH and Banca review meeting including preparation of the deck, meeting arrangement, collecting topics from the relevant teams, taking meeting minutes and checking the follow up items
- Department document maintenance and management, including contact list and o-chart maintenance, and contract management coordination
- Department calendar management and meeting management
- Support SMO and OMO team tasks as the main coordinator of the department to work with the district sales support to collect the feedback and task follow up
- Support SMO team regarding the projects and support to follow up the tasks assigned
- As the BB coordinator to support the other CBG related tasks or projects, such as BCP management, asset management, back office mandatory training tracking, spot award collection and consolidation, etc
- Client Connect system coordinator to support the leads upload and download and leads issues according to the CC system matrix
Administration related
- Reimbursement review and coordination, work as the reviewer to the department cost and expense reimbursement and follow up with ORM team if any issues during the review regarding the department staff reimbursement cases
- Work as the department coordination in payment handling to ensure all the payment will be paid to align with the contract requirement
- Coordination in the internal activities and staff activities for BB, such as staff appreciation, internal activities, and voluntary activities
