1.Taiwanese Hi-Tech Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain deep, C-level relationships with key stakeholders within Taiwanese hi-tech companies (EMS, semiconductor, etc.).
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their digital transformation roadmaps, operational pain points, and strategic goals.
  • Lead the sales cycle for opportunities in smart factory, universal identification including facial recognition but not limited using SenseTime's AI platform and products.
  • Ensure service delivery and satisfaction to maintain and grow existing revenue streams.

2.Global Account Management (GAM):

  • Develop and execute global account plans for a select portfolio of strategic international clients.
  • Coordinate with internal SenseTime teams (pre-sales, product, R&D) and regional offices including NEA and SEA to ensure a unified sales strategy and service model.
  • Drive adoption of SenseTime's technology stack into the client's global operations, negotiating complex, multi-year agreements.

3.Sales & Business Development:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of new opportunities within your target accounts.
  • Articulate the tangible business value of SenseTime's Computer Vision and Generative AI solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and market feedback to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-10 years of successful B2B sales, key account management, or business development experience.
  • Industry: Must have experience in the IT, Enterprise Software, or Hi-Tech industry (e.g., AI, cloud, SaaS, internet).
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a complex, solution-selling environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build trust and navigate large, multi-layered organizations.
  • Languages: Business fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory (for servicing local clients and managing global accounts).
