该职位来源于猎聘 Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Executive consultant in our sales team.

The role holder is expected to drive sales in China for Birlacril & VAP, along with looking for new customers to scale up the sales. The incumbent will also analyse market trends and demand trends and generate, create, monitor and review MIS, apart from collaborating with the S&M head office in Bangkok, Thailand. Prior experience of sales of Acrylic Fibre or Nylon or Viscose or Polyster Fiber is preferred. The applicant should be conversant in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Formulate, implement, monitor and review sales plan ( for Birlacril and VAPs) for the assigned markets
  • Prepare annual Sales Budget based on potential of customers, past experiences and product mix capability.
  • Visit Customers followed by negotiations of Prices and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up with customers/agent for confirmations and strike a deal which ensures profitability or reduction of working Capital.
  • Review Progress on Daily basis and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion of all the activities as per sales objective and targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and improved customer relationships.
  • Visit customers frequently and understand their requirements and problems and recommend solutions through our product offerings to enhance relationships
  • Settle any quality issues along with CTS/QA and ensure continuous flow of orders and delivery. Identify the opportunities for new product development, new application development by understanding trends, unmet explicit and implied needs as well as competitive offerings.
  • Develop Market Intelligence
  • Track and monitor market offerings and trends.
  • Procure invoices from Customs Dept and import statistics of all countries for the assigned market
  • Perform comparative analysis with existing products in the market and conduct pricing analysis.
  • Ensure timely and cost effective delivery to customers.
  • Supervise on-time preparation of shipping documents for submission to banks/customers.
  • Ensure adherence to prescribed loading and shipping schedules
  • Select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping line.
  • Inform customers about the shipment plan in advance
  • To oversee payment status related to both Credit Limits and over dues
  • Recommend credit limits and credit periods based on past performance of customers and market experience.
  • Monitor Limits and dues periodically.
  • Take corrective actions to ensure timely receipt of payments
  • Manage MIS
  • Generate and recommend data capture/ analysis through application of MIS
  • Suggest improvements in technology used
  • Track and monitor data and ensure circulation of MIS reports Experience required:
  • 5+ years of Sales and Marketing Experience in fibre industry, preferably Acrylic Fibre or viscose fibre, or nlyon or polyster
  • Strong relationship management, sales, and account management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
