- Responsible for coordinating the salary distribution and personal income tax declaration work for the entire group.
- In charge of reviewing and inspecting salary data to ensure the accuracy of distribution data.
- Responsible for improving and optimizing the existing salary distribution process, and establishing SOPs for overseas salary distribution.
- Understand the labor laws in overseas regions and design a comprehensive compensation and benefits system for these areas.
- In charge of salary analysis for company employees, management of salary records, social security base adjustments, and equity declaration, among other tasks.
- Responsible for the attendance management of the entire group, managing and interpreting the attendance management rules.
- Per business type lead various short-term incentive programs design and implement, regular review and optimize.
- Assist in the development of strategic plan for long-terms incentive and responsible for the design and delivery of the specific plan.
- Cooperate with group finance team to drive labor cost and business data for analysis, and prepare the daily analytics reports.
Qualification:
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in human resources;
- Solid understanding of human resources methodologies and business insight;
- Detail-oriented with excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to graduates from 985/211 universities;
- At least 8 years of human resources experience, 5 years of salary calculation experience, and experience in salary calculation for overseas regions;
- Proficient in labor laws and able to make reasonable planning and analysis of compensation and benefits;
- Experience in building overseas salary payment systems;
- Numerically sensitive, strong in logic, and highly skilled in data analysis;
- Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language.
