About the Company
- We are a subsidiary of a Hong Kong-listed electronic manufacturing group, now expanding into network device production with a new state-of-the-art facility in Dongguan.
- As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a technically strong and execution-driven leader to spearhead engineering initiatives and oversee the end-to-end industrialization of our new network device product line.
The Opportunity: Engineering Program Manager - Product Industrialization
- Reporting directly to the COO, this role is a dynamic blend of project management, engineering leadership, and new product introduction (NPI).
- You will lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver a fully operational network device production line — ensuring a seamless transition from product design to mass production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and ramp-up of a new network device production line
- Drive the industrialization of new products, ensuring readiness for high-volume manufacturing
- Coordinate engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines to meet technical and operational milestones
- Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee process development, equipment installation, and production line validation
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure production readiness and operational excellence
- Resolve technical challenges and implement process optimizations on the shop floor
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and product specifications
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- 6+ years of experience in network device manufacturing, with proven success in NPI or production ramp-up
- Strong project management capabilities with deep technical understanding
- Hands-on experience with server architecture, PCB assembly, and automated production systems
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; excellent communication and leadership skills
