- Project Quality Management: Participate in new project development. Take part in the First Article Inspection (FAI), to ensure compliance with railway industry standards and customer requirements.
- Internal Quality Control: Lead quality control and improvement on existing products and process.
- Customer Complaint Handling: Responsible for handling customer complaint. Lead internal and external quality problem analysis and actions.
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers in meetings to discuss and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Quality System: Support the implementation and improvement of quality management system. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the railway industry is a plus
- Proficiency in quality management systems and quality tools, with a deep understanding of industry-specific quality requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve quality issues.
