HR Executive (Talent Management) will be responsible for supporting a range of talent management initiatives, with a focus on talent programs, talent data maintenance and analysis, and other retail talent events. Through working closely with Retail Talent Development Manager and Maison HR team, this role is expected to be highly organized and communicative, with a deep understanding of talent management within the retail sector.

Major responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing talent-related events, such as retail communities, retail sharing forums and retail HR meetings (Retail Talent Room) and HRD meetings
  • Collaborate with L&D team on the support of talent programs implementation.
  • Take part in Group Retail MT program including recruitment and development, offering routine operational support.
  • Engage with retail talents to understand their development needs and provide timely feedback to Retail Talent Development Manager.
  • Update talent database and keep track on talent status, with accuracy, relevancy and time-efficiency ensured.
  • Collaborate with Maison HR teams to ensure alignment and integration of talent management strategies with broader HR initiatives.
  • Support other ad hoc projects of the talent management team.

Other Group HR Talent Functions

As part of the LVMH Group HR team, this role will also have the exposure to other HR Talent pillars, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Learning and Next Generations (NextGen) projects.

  • NextGen Recruitment: Assist in job posting, candidate screening, and recruitment process communication for LVMH office intern and retail management trainee positions. Ensure professional preparation of candidate profiles and associated documentation for successful onboarding on assigned recruitment cases.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Demonstrate agility and provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects as they arise, adapting quickly to changing priorities and delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in talent management or a similar role within the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices, including training and development, talent data management, and talent analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and agile to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
