  • To take a research brief, understanding the client's requirements;
  • To design & finalize quotations with support from team leader;
  • Writing a research proposal with support from team leader;
  • To design a questionnaire to meet research objectives, write coding frames and design analysis specs;
  • Field/EDP Briefing & Monitoring;
  • Supporting the Project Manager/Team Leader in the entire project and coordination (Field/EDP/Client);
  • Understanding, analysis & Interpretation of data;

  • Presentation Writing (First Draft/ Final);
  • To write the Research Report with little direction, participate in the Presentation;
  • Service and new business generation from an existing client by appraising latest Kantar research techniques;
  • Understanding of various research techniques and models (pricing models/ special analysis models – cluster analysis, factor analysis etc);
  • Learn new range of research techniques for new business sectors;
  • Start handling a silver grade client be responsible for the target, develop one client from start;
  • With existing gold clients to build rapport & working relationship;
  • Expertise at all kinds of moderation;
  • Do 40% of analysis & interpretation on every study – start off and make the Analyst /Senior Analyst continue
  • DG with supervision only for different, complex studies
  • Mentoring & coaching of the team Key Factors
  • Functional Specialization/Self-Execution Leadership/Accountability only for defined work and projects involving immediate action or Short-Term Planning. Results begin to have impact on larger projects;
  • Responsible for executing given projects in the Consumer sector and delivering on timelines;
  • Taking the lead at interpreting & analysing data from each job;
  • Finalizing the presentations which would be shared with the clients;
  • Proficiency in conceptual knowledge of research sector;
  • Should be well versed with research techniques;
  • Should have knowledge in Consumer Sector dynamics and market issues;
  • Should have experience in managing small teams;
  • Strategic thinking on marketing issues related to client's business;
  • Ability to translate client issues into thought provoking proposals leading to business wins;
  • Strong project management skills, be able to lead junior team members on all aspects of Project management while still overseeing the process and providing constructive input;
  • Writing impactful presentations that are rich in insights;
  • Strong Interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Good planning and organizing skills – ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals;
  • Ability to use good judgment in the use of confidential information;
  • Should be able to work under pressure and should be hands on;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Excel and Power point, Outlook;
  • High on Customer Relation Skills;
  • Proactive, assertive and confident, good Communication skills – Verbal & Written; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst role.
