该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1) 搭建电性测试系统,与母厂匹配; Electrical test system setting up comparable to mother fab (instruments, connection, software function, capability match, etc.); 2) 电测系统编程,校准以及数据整理;(LabVIEW, Python, C, C++, etc.) Electrical test programing, calibration, result summary and gating; 3) 建立电测程式,维护系统,提高产能; Electrical test recipe setting up, maintenance, and WPH optimization; 4) 探针卡的设计, 定制与维护; Electrical test probe card design, order and maintenance; 5) 电性测试异常的处理和问题解决; Electrical case highlight and trouble shooting; 6) 电性测试数据SPC和Cpk改善; Routine electrical test data SPC monitor and Cpk improvement; 7) 日常电性和缺陷综合良率的监控,分析数据,整理报告及改善方案; Routine electrical test monitor, summary report, analysis and improvement; 8) 培训制造部电性测试的操作; Train MFG for the WAT electrical test;
- 值班并指导线上异常产品的处理. On-duty and guide the production inline abnormal case disposition. 任职要求: 1.硕士研究生及以上学历,微电子、半导体、工科类相关专业. Master or above, majored in microelectronics, semiconductor, or related engineering. 2.4年以上半导体行业WAT, 电性测试工作经验. More than 4 years' experience about WAT, electrical test. 3.英语四级及以上,具有良好的英文读写能力,听说能力强者更佳; CET-4 or above, with good reading and written English ability,good English listening and speaking ability would be better; 4.熟悉编程环境及语言,如LabVIEW, Python, C, C++等; Familiar with programing language, such as LabVIEW, Python, C, C++; 5.良好的沟通能力和协作能力,结果导向; Good communication and team work, result orientation.
