Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the route design and optimization of oligonucleotide synthesis processes, conduct small-scale and pilot-scale process studies, and promote the transition of processes to industrial-scale production.
 - Lead the formulation and implementation of technical solutions for R&D projects, coordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective control of safety, quality, cost, and timelines.
 - Establish and improve the technical documentation system related to process development, including process protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports, to support process scale-up and regulatory submission.
 - Monitor domestic and international advancements in oligonucleotide synthesis technology, and introduce new technologies and methodologies based on project needs to continuously improve process efficiency and product quality.
 - Participate in cross-departmental collaboration, assist in resolving technical issues arising during production, and provide process training and technical guidance to relevant teams.
 
Job Requirements:
- Ph.D.'s degree or in Organic Synthesis or a related field; candidates with relevant work experience may be considered with relaxed educational requirements.
 - Prior experience in process R&D/production in oligonucleotides or related fields is preferred; familiarity with GMP regulations is an advantage.
 - Strong literature retrieval and information integration skills, with the ability to efficiently access and apply cutting-edge industry technical information.
 - Solid data processing and analytical skills, with priority given to candidates capable of systematic summarization and analysis of experimental and production data.
 - Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively drive cross-functional collaboration and project progress.
 - Good command of English; preference will be given to candidates with proficient technical reading and communication abilities.
