Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with overseas Business Development Manager to conduct market research, identify high-quality supply chains for Experience and Day tour, and develop supply chain management systems aligned with company strategy and industry trends to boost platform competitiveness.
Collecting insights into the needs and challenges faced by users, suppliers, and operations teams, and devise strategic solutions. Collaborate with our product and technology teams to make the product better.
Track and analyze project data, promptly identify issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize and resolve problems.
We're looking for you if your profile matches the following
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in **overseas day tour and activities business operations** in OTA/travel technology companies.
Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, strong execution ability, and data analysis skills.
Language: Fluent in both Chinese/English (required), additional languages (Japanese/Korean/Thai, etc.) are a plus.
Cross-border collaboration: Experience in managing remote international teams or overseas residency is a plus.
