Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with overseas Business Development Manager to conduct market research, identify high-quality supply chains for Experience and Day tour, and develop supply chain management systems aligned with company strategy and industry trends to boost platform competitiveness.

  • Collecting insights into the needs and challenges faced by users, suppliers, and operations teams, and devise strategic solutions. Collaborate with our product and technology teams to make the product better.

  • Track and analyze project data, promptly identify issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize and resolve problems.

We're looking for you if your profile matches the following

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in **overseas day tour and activities business operations** in OTA/travel technology companies.

  • Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, strong execution ability, and data analysis skills.

  • Language: Fluent in both Chinese/English (required), additional languages (Japanese/Korean/Thai, etc.) are a plus.

  • Cross-border collaboration: Experience in managing remote international teams or overseas residency is a plus.
