  • 建立并优化公司的职级体系、绩效管理和人才发展流程,激发组织活力。

  • 设计并实施有效的文化落地项目,通过领导力示范、制度建设和激励机制,将文化价值观融入日常工作和员工行为。

  • 人才战略与领导力发展:

  • 制定并执行与公司战略相匹配的顶尖人才吸引、发展和保留策略。

  • 优化继任者计划,确保关键岗位的人才梯队健康稳定。

  • 战略人力资源伙伴:

  • 作为首席执行官和董事会的人力资本战略顾问,为重大业务决策提供组织与人才视角的洞察。

  • 推动人力资源团队的数字化转型,利用数据和分析驱动人力资源决策,提升团队效能。

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,人力资源、管理学、心理学或相关专业背景。
  • 15年以上人力资源管理工作经验,其中至少5年担任大型知名企业( preferably 消费品、制造业)的人力资源负责人角色。
  • 必备成功经验:
    拥有主导并成功推动全公司范围的文化转型或组织变革项目的实战经验,并取得可衡量的积极成果。
  • 卓越的战略思维、商业洞察力和解决问题的能力,能够将业务战略转化为清晰的人力资源和组织战略。
  • 出色的领导力、影响力及沟通能力,能够激励和凝聚高层管理团队及全体员工。
  • 对组织行为学、人才发展理论和最新人力资源管理实践有深刻理解。
  • 具备全球化视野,同时深刻理解中国本土市场和文化。

Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer. As a key member of the executive leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, your primary mission is to drive cultural reinvention and organizational capability upgrade. You will be instrumental in building a vibrant, agile, and healthy organization that consistently supports the achievement of our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organization Development & Change Leadership:

  • Diagnose and reshape the current organizational structure, driving its evolution towards a more agile, collaborative, and customer-centric model.

  • Lead and manage large-scale organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and fostering company-wide buy-in.
  • Establish and optimize the company's job leveling, performance management, and talent development processes to energize the organization.

  • Corporate Culture Innovation & Shaping:

  • Redefine and champion future-oriented corporate culture, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, customer-centricity, and ownership.

  • Design and implement effective culture embedding programs, integrating core values into daily operations and employee behaviors through leadership modeling, systems, storytelling, and incentives.
  • Foster an open, inclusive, and diverse work environment that encourages experimentation and continuous learning.

  • Talent Strategy & Leadership Development:

  • Develop and execute a top-tier talent attraction, development, and retention strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Build a best-in-class leadership development system, focusing on cultivating the next generation of business leaders with strategic thinking, change leadership, and digital capabilities.
  • Optimize the succession planning process to ensure a robust pipeline for critical roles.

  • Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on human capital matters, providing insights on organization and talent for key business decisions.

  • Drive the digital transformation of the HR function, leveraging data and analytics to inform HR strategies and improve team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 5 years in a CHRO or senior HR leadership role at a large, reputable company (preferably in Consumer Goods, Manufacturing).
  • Required Proven Experience:
    A track record of spearheading and successfully implementing company-wide cultural transformation or organizational change initiatives with measurable positive outcomes.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business strategy into clear HR and organizational strategy.
  • Outstanding leadership, influence, and communication skills to inspire and align both the executive team and the broader employee population.
  • Deep understanding of organizational behavior, talent development theories, and contemporary HR practices.
  • Global mindset coupled with a deep understanding of the local Chinese market and culture.
