Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead multiple teams of executives, directors/senior managers, and managers
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for products/services and associated brands
  • Evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L, including budgeting, expenditures, and profitability
  • Ensure product volume and profit targets are met
  • Conduct market research and analysis to guide strategic decisions
  • Align sales and marketing activities with broader organizational strategies
  • Provide leadership and direction through multiple levels of management and staff
