This position is part of the campus recruitment program of Midea Group, targeting students graduating between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage in innovative structural design and development of new products, ensuring the rationality, reliability, and novelty of product structures;
Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and following up on reviews, mold trials, trial production, and mass production during various stages of new product development, as well as solving technical issues arising during the process;
Compile various technical documents during the development of new products, ensuring that process control documents comply with R&D control procedures and relevant quality management standards;
Address and optimize technical issues related to product components throughout their lifecycle, and plan and execute the standardization of component structures and interface standardization.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree or above, CET-6 or higher in English;
Relevant majors such as Mechanical Design and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, etc.;
Proficient in design software such as CAD, Pro-E, UG, SolidWorks.
Bonus Points:
Experience in relevant fields/projects during school or publication of papers in mainstream domestic or international core journals.
