What you will do
- Manage daily technical support for the assigned production line. Performing trouble shooting.
- Work with operators, supervisors, and managers to improve the quality, efficiency, safety, and 5S performance of the production line.
- Handle customer complaints and develop preventive measures; perform internal no-conformance investigations.
- Ability to supervise process and teams. Deploy training plans to promote flexibility.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure, Job Safety Analysis for working positions.
- Record work orders in the system.
- Use lean tools and participate in projects for continuous improvement.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor and manager.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Bioengineering, Materials, Mechanical and electronic category, 1-3 yeas assembly manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to lead a team to solve technical problems.
- Proven track record in handling problems independently.
- Clear thinking, able to dig out patterns from data and phenomena and find the root cause of abnormalities.
- Good communication skills.
- Good English skill is preferred.
