DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Establish and manage a Connectivity R&D team by recruiting, developing, and mentoring talent. Foster a

anagement culture and promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
2.Deeply understand the Voice of Customer (VOC) to define product development roadmaps. Manage development cycle and on-time delivery in development phase and NPI phase.
3.Partner with manufacturing, QA and automation engineering teams to improve product quality, enhance process capability, and increase operational efficiency and productivity.
4.Manage departmental budgets, project expenditures, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective execution of R&D programs.
5.Develop and implement departmental procedures aligned with company policies, systems, and regulatory requirements. Ensure consistent execution and compliance across all R&D activities.
6.Support global R&D centers.
7.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.8+ years of product development and management experience.
3.Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex products on time and within budget.
4.Proven ability to build, inspire, and retain top technical talent.
5.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving transformation in a fast-paced environment.
6.English Proficiency.
7.Open to international business travel as required.
