Key Account Manager
to take ownership of some of our most important retail partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the full commercial relationship with major Off-Trade key accounts (e.g., Sam's Club, Metro, and other top modern trade retailers).
  • Develop and execute annual joint business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, promotions, and annual agreements in alignment with company strategy.
  • Analyze sales, profitability, and category insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure best-in-class execution and service levels.
  • Track competitor activity and provide insights to influence channel strategy.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning with key accounts.
  • Drive new product launches and strengthen visibility at point of sale.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in
    Key Account Management
    within the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Retail industry.
  • Strong track record managing and growing
    top Off-Trade accounts such as Sam's Club, Metro
    , or similar modern trade retailers.
  • Solid negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent
    English as a working language
    ; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong ownership mindset, hands-on attitude, and a drive for excellence.
