What is the role?
Non-lube business development. Mainly focus on Shell Car Beauty. Annual sales plan and key initiative implementation, fully take business E2E P&L. Route to market and pipeline set up, Shell Car Beauty dedicated distributor, KAD, KAS recruitment and management. Responsible for E-Commerce, national Key Account including JD, TUHU, TMALL, Tiktok, GFWS, etc. Support on regional KA development. Shell Car Beauty Workshop network development, 20+ branded shop set up for 2025 and 100+ for 2026. Shell Car Beauty O2O project focal, set up business model set and implementation, manage KAD and KAS. Non-lube business operation excellence. Tracking behaviours and performance day in day out in distributors, KAD and KAS, coach and drive improvement. Connect with CP and supply chain to optimize delivery and stock management. Shell Car Beauty online shop management and operation optimization with E-Commerce platform and KAD/KAS partners Market and competitor insight generation and analysis, support marketing on category, portfolio and service CVP innovation
What we need from you?
At least 5 years related working experience in sales and marketing, esp. in national key accounts Strategic thinking, with the ability from insight into actions, resilience and passion in new 0-1 business development With knowledge of the auto industry and working experience with existing OES/KA/regional distributors network of resources within the industry Preferably with E-commerce related working experience Well collaboration and knowledge/mindshare align with internal stakeholders
