Job Responsibility
- Carry out all other tasks assigned by line manager or company
- Understand and strictly follow Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance
- Follow the department and personal KPI
- Familiar with Valmet roll production, with maintenance and operating experience
- Check parts ID and drawing to make sure parts are right for related work
- Drawing prepared and tools management when needed
- Deal with customer troubleshooting in time
- Coordinate and follow-up customer projects like: components purchasing, components and tools delivery follow-up, parts checking and packing.
- Participate in service project kick-off meeting, project coordination, wrap off meeting
- Tools management, keep tools in good condition, record tools conditions
Job Requirement & Qualification
- College and above degree
- At least 5 years' working experience in paper mill for roll maintenance and management
- Rich mechanical maintenance experience, automation or hydraulic knowledge is a plus and mechanical machining experience also
- With business sales experience as a plus also
- Good spoken and written English
- Must be able to use PC with regular office software (MS Word, Excel, CAD PowerPoint, Project…) and computer aided designing tools
- Have the potential competence to handle the responsible business independently
- Self-motivation, willing to expand the responsible area within a developing organization.
- Ready to travel frequently
