该职位来源于猎聘 岗位工作内容及职责: 1. 质量体系运维:主导 ISO 9001质量管理体系运营。优化覆盖 "来料 - 生产 - 成品" 全流程的质量管控标准,确保体系合规且高效运行。 Quality System Maintenance: lead the operation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Optimize quality control standards covering the entire process of "incoming materials - production - finished products" to ensure the system operates in compliance with regulations and efficiently. 2. 质量问题解决:处理生产过程中的重大 / 复发性质量问题(如批量不良、客户投诉),通过 FMEA、8D、5Why 等工具分析根因,输出可落地的改进方案并跟踪闭环,降低质量损失成本。 Quality Issue Resolution: Address major/recurring quality issues in the production process (e.g., batch defects, customer complaints). Analyze root causes using tools such as FMEA, 8D, and 5Why, develop implementable improvement plans, track the closure of issues, and reduce quality loss costs. 3. 过程质量优化:参与生产工艺评审,从质量角度提出改进建议;设计质量检验方案,推动检测工具 / 方法升级,提升过程稳定性。 Process Quality Optimization: Participate in production process reviews and propose improvement suggestions from a quality perspective. Design quality inspection plans, promote the upgrading of testing tools/methods, and enhance process stability. 4. 客户质量改善:对接客户质量反馈,及时响应客户质量问题。针对客户投诉的质量问题,牵头成立专项改善小组,通过客诉数据分析识别高频 / 高风险问题(如按客户类型、产品系列、缺陷类型分类统计),运用 8D、QC 七大工具等方法论追溯根因,制定包含短期遏制措施(如客退品返工方案)和长期预防措施(如优化生产参数、升级检测设备)的改善计划,并跟踪验证效果。同时,向客户提交质量改善报告,组织质量评审会,推动客户满意度提升与质量共识达成,减少客诉率。 Customer Quality Improvement: Connect with customer quality feedback, and respond to customer quality issues in a timely manner. For quality issues reported by customers, take the lead in establishing a special improvement team. Identify high-frequency/high-risk issues through customer complaint data analysis (e.g., statistical classification by customer type, product series, and defect type), trace root causes using methodologies such as 8D and the QC Tools, and develop improvement plans including short-term containment measures (e.g., rework plans for customer-returned products) and long-term preventive measures (e.g., optimizing production parameters, upgrading testing equipment), then track and verify the effectiveness. Meanwhile, submit quality improvement reports to customers, organize quality review meetings, promote the improvement of customer satisfaction and the achievement of quality consensus, and reduce the customer complaint rate. 任职要求: 1 学历与经验:大专、本科学历,理工科相关专业(如机械 / 材料 / 电子),8 年以上生产型企业 QE 工作经验,有非标设备行业相关尤佳。 Education and Experience: College or bachelor's degree in science and engineering-related majors (e.g., Mechanical Engineering/Materials Science/Electronics); at least 8 years of QE work experience in manufacturing enterprises, with experience in the non-standard equipment industry being preferred. 2 专业能力:精通质量管理工具(FMEA、8D,QC七大工具),熟悉生产制造流程与工艺,能独立主导质量体系审核与异常攻关;持有ISO9001内审员证书者优先。 Professional Competence: Proficient in quality management tools (FMEA, 8D, 7 QC Tools); familiar with production manufacturing processes and technologies; capable of independently conduct quality system audits and abnormal problem resolution; holders of ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate is preferred. 3 具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力(需联动生产、技术、采购团队),逻辑思维清晰,抗压能力强,有强烈的责任心。 Possess strong cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities (needing to collaborate with production, technology, and procurement teams); have clear logical thinking, strong pressure resistance, and a strong sense of responsibility.
