- Vision inspection machine hardware and software design.
- New vision measurement concept development.
- Focus on vision system development for on-line connector measurement.
What You Will Do
- Vision system hardware buildup such as lighting, camera, lens, prism, etc.
- Working with mechanical and electrical engineers to design the vision inspection machine, including proposal, programming and debugging.
- Connector measurement concept develops.
- Vision system software and measurement concept design.
- Improve the existing automation for capability and efficiency.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- University or college graduates.
- 2 years' experience in machine vision development, engaged in vision hardware and software designing.
- 2 years' experience in the field of auto equipment development.
- Familiar with VB/C/C++/C#/Python programming.
- Know well image processing algorithms.
- Familiar with at least one vision libraries and systems such as OpenCV, HALCON, YOLO, Visco, Keyence etc.
- Good optical knowledge, experienced in selecting suitable cameras, illumination, and lenses based on application requirements.
- Basic electrical control design capability.
- Good English speaking and writing capability.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Major in Automation, Electrical, and Computer software design.
- University graduates with bachelor's or master's degrees.
- Connector vision measurement experience.
- Experience of being a project owner and leading auto machines from design to ramp up.
