- Lead external partnerships with suppliers and technology partners to bring new technologies to RIETER 领导与供应商以及技术合作伙伴的外部合作关系,为RIETER带来新技术
- Perform analysis on automation system level

- Transformation to feature specification for internal development teams and external partners 为内部开发团队和外部合作伙伴提供技术特征规范的转换
- Planning and monitoring of development in the areas of technical scope, budget and schedule 规划和监测技术范围、预算和计划方面的发展
- Coordination with project team members from adjacent product units and competence centers 与来自相邻产品单元和Competence Center的项目团队成员进行协调
- Preparation and support of acceptance tests, assistance of commissioning

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Automation, Robotics or Mechanical Engineering 本科或硕士学历,工业自动化、机器人学或机械工程专业
- Customized automation solution design ability and experience (warehouse logistics automation is prefer), familiar with industrial robots/AGV/conveyor equipment
具备非标自动化方案设计能力及经验(仓储物流自动化领域***),熟悉工业机器人/AGV/输送设备
- Can use such as CAD 2D Layout design tools and 3D solidworks modeling and simulation; 会使用如CAD 2D Layout 设计工具及3D solidworks建模和仿真能力;
- 3-5 years of project management experience in customized automation projects, from pre-sales support to deployment 具备3-5年非标自动化项目从售前支持至落地交付的项目管理经验
- Strong capabilities in communication,transparent, fact based and open communication style 较强的沟通能力,透明、基于事实和开放的沟通风格
- Cross-functional understanding, able to effectively work in a matrix organization 跨职能的理解,能够在交叉组织中有效地工作
- Highly customer oriented 客户至上
