About the Role

As a
Recruiter
, you will manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for one of our key clients across the APAC region. Acting as a trusted advisor between hiring managers and candidates, you'll drive recruitment excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for permanent roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on strategies
  • Conduct
    job briefings
    and work closely with sourcing teams
  • Handle
    high-volume recruitment
    efficiently and effectively
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a standardized format
  • Coordinate
    interviews, feedback, and offer processes
  • Support
    preboarding and onboarding
    documentation where needed
  • Maintain accurate and updated data in the
    ATS
  • Provide regular
    recruitment updates and insights
    to hiring managers
  • Ensure
    KPIs and SLAs
    are met and exceeded
  • Deliver a consistently
    positive candidate and stakeholder experience

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 5–8 years
    of solid recruitment experience - preferably agency, RPO, or in-house)
  • Proven track record in
    high-volume or complex hiring
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in
    ATS tools
    and recruitment data management
  • Strong understanding of
    talent market trends
    and sourcing strategies
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven with a passion for talent acquisition
