HR & Admin Specialist
Responsibilities

  • General HR Execute whole HR annual life cycle including but not limited to Objective Setting, Talent Review, Talent Development Plan, and Performance Management.
  • Recruiting Responsible for recruiting system and procedure, monitoring and reporting on the recruiting status as well as participation and tracking of talent selection.
  • Compensation& Benefit Payroll master data management and payroll processing, Leave Management.
  • Learning & Development Coordinate and support general development, learning and training programs.
  • HRIS Maintenance of workday/ Attendance System.
  • Other HR & Admin & IT Activities Any services relating to HR, Administration, IT that are not covered by any of the above-mentioned services required by Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in human resource experience in MNC would be a plus.
  • Strong communication both in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent computer skill in EXCEL, POWERPOINT and WORD
  • High commitment with logical precision. Proactive and independent attitude.
  • Good collaboration and influencing skills and teamwork spirit.
