- Design and implement internal communication plans that help employees better understand and embody the company's strategic priorities.
- Support key national engagement initiatives such as Danone Day, townhalls, and people engagement projects that foster employee pride and resonation.
- Create compelling and engaging content that brings stories to life and resonates with diverse employee audiences.
- Manage the daily operations of employee communication channels, including newsletters, We-Com, Engage, the intranet portal…and track with measurable impact
- Support other team projects and social media platforms as video shooting, Douyin, Red
Required Competencies
- Bachelor's degree, English and Communications major is a plus
- 6+ working in PR and communications, both with Corporate and Agency background is a plus
- Excellent writing and spoken English skills
- Event organization experience
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, and collaborating with regional and global colleagues and partners
- Good content and messages development skills
- Familiarity with the use and advantages of social media platforms
- Energetic, open-minded and agile
