As a Russian Speaking Duty Manager/ Russian Speaking Front Desk Supervisor, we rely on you to:
- Provide high-quality service experience for guests, including online, offline and email.
- Assist Russian-speaking guests with check-in and check-out procedures, introduce hotel product and facilities, and provide personalized suggestions.
- Translate important hotel information, menus, promotional materials, etc.
- Handle guest complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Maintain close communication with other departments of the hotel to ensure smooth information flow and jointly solve guests' problems.
- Complete relevant reports, such as daily reports and guest feedback situations, etc.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Russian Language Proficiency: Possess a professional Russian language certificate at Level 4 or above, or an equivalent professional certificate demonstrating comparable language competence.
- Work Experience: Have at least one year of work experience in a relevant position at an international brand five-star hotel.
- Communication & Coordination Skills: Excellent verbal expression and coordination abilities; outgoing personality and enthusiasm for communication.
- Mandarin & English Proficiency: Standard Mandarin pronunciation. Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
- Professional Traits: Attention to detail, passion for the service industry, and ability to work under pressure.
