Lead Digital Expert Transformation (DET) and Solidify Haleon digital

Responsibilities
Position in Consumer healthcare Industry, drive digital empowered wider expert coverage and stronger omnichannel expert recommendation to continuously create business value and build fit-for-future digital expert capabilities from enterprise level. Key responsibilities:

  • Design and renew DET strategy and Roadmap against Haleon digital strategy 2030, China acceleration plan and GC enterprise RTM.
  • Drive acceleration of digital enabled broad market reach in both medical & retail channel, closely co-op with offline sales team and tech team.
  • Closely monitor external trend, Renew and incubate new frontier Data and AI digital expert initiatives focusing channel empowerment & expert recommendation, with choiceful bets, closely co-op with tech team and category team.
  • Identify and build enterprise-level strategic partnership with digital expert/online consultation platforms.
  • Lead and shape GC digital expert best practise and be the China representative for regional/global sharing, also drive the embedding of essential digital expert capability with x-function, x-category sharing.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong expert experience in both HCP engagement and channel ecosystem with relevant network (HCP, Partnership, etc.) in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare related industry, Corporate digital strategy and implementation experiences in MNC companies.
  • Solid track record and experience at or equivalent to director level in top healthcare companies is a MUST. Experiences in consumer digital marketing in consumer MNC (CPG, Food and Drink) with strong offline retail RTM is a plus. Experiences in MBB or tier 2 consulting firm is preferred. 985/211 or equivalent global academic exposure is preferred.
  • Agile, Visionary, logic and data sensitive, good at defining frames. Strong front-end digital capability to transform the expert end-to-end engagement via data-enabled solution and winning framework.
  • Strong capability to communicate and negotiate with platform on corporate level
  • Good project leadership in matrix organization, Collaborative with cross function (Tech, sales team, category MKT and expert MKT, compliance, finance, strategy, CBIA, etc.)
  • Good English capability, be able to build good connection with regional and global teams.
