- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Hema and 7 fresh, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth within the Hema and 7 fresh.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements that align with company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer data, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and develop actionable insights.
- Promotion Management: Work closely with the customer marketing team to plan and execute promotions, new product and new innovation launches, and in-store activations.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on account performance to senior management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, finance, and product development, bottlers to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by Hema and 7 fresh, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and the retail landscape, specifically with experience managing accounts for large retailers like Sam's Club.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
