How You'll Make An Impact
- You will collaborate closely with the LSU Sales team, working together with local Front-End Sales team and will have a strong background in site service, familiar with GCB (generator circuit breaker) product.
- You will ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area, to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for life cycle management, service products and solutions. A significant focus will be on analysis of service market potential, with full focus on installed base (IB) penetration and ensuring customer relationship management.
- You will adopt, plan, and implement LSU service sales strategy based on the LSU M&S and Service GPG strategies and targets related to the entire service portfolio (lifecycle management, service products and solutions, and IB penetration). 4. You will participate in negotiations & signing GCB service contracts to secure service orders volume and abide by the company's rules and regulations strictly.
- You will establish long-term customer relationships with key customers. Bring value to the customers by understanding the requirements, regulations, exhibiting our value proposition for service and ensuring customer satisfaction issues are registered and responded to by the team.
- You will implement safety rules, safety practices and environmental responsibilities. Reporting unsafe practices and behavior; according to customer needs, complete the service solution and offering accordingly.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Significant and demonstratable experience in Service Sales or Site service.
- Strong customer relationship skills, proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be good at listening, speaking, reading, writing in English.
