Job Overview

  • Based on the company's strategy and human resource needs, assist in formulating and implementing recruitment plans, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and advancing the interview process. Provide end-to-end support for the positions under your responsibility.
  • Participate in the collaboration of overseas key position recruitment projects, manage recruitment accounts on various platforms, and assist in optimizing the existing recruitment process. Improve recruitment efficiency and quality through data analysis and market research.
  • Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors to broaden your horizons and enhance comprehensive capabilities.

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with no major restriction. English proficiency sufficient for work purposes is required. Candidates with a background in finance, overseas study experience, or practical experience in human resources will be given priority.
  • Able to work 4-5 days per week, with an internship duration of at least 3 months. Candidates who can start the internship as soon as possible will be preferred.
  • Possess an outgoing personality, proactive work attitude, and strong communication and coordination skills. Have a strong passion for human resources work, as well as good execution ability, pressure resistance, and result-oriented awareness.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, and Lark. Capable of efficiently completing tasks such as data processing, document writing, and information communication.
