该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责 1. 多平台店铺运营与管理 协助管理天猫、京东、小红书等电商平台的日常运营工作。 协助制定各平台的营销活动策略,以实现销售目标。 2. 视觉营销与页面审核 负责店铺整体视觉的把控,确保页面布局合理、产品卖点传达清晰、设计美观。 协同MKT团队,主导电商产品/GWP的拍摄项目。 3. 商品与供应链管理 管理TP完成产品的销售预测、进行月度订货。 负责跟进售卖产品的月度组装计划、上架节奏等工作。 监控库存水平,管理库存周转,优化库存结构。 4. 客户关系管理(ECRM) 与CRM同事及供应商协作,优化会员体系及客户忠诚度计划。 基于人群洞察及客户分析,策划不同圈层人群的沟通计划,提升店铺复购率。 5. 客服团队优化 监督并优化TP客服团队的工作流程与服务标准,提升咨询转化率、客单价及客户满意度。 任职要求 本科及以上学历,2年及以上电商运营经验。有高端品牌经验者优先。 逻辑清晰、数据分析能力强,有一定审美能力。 具备一定市场分析判断能力,关注行业动向,锐意进取。 认真负责,具有良好的沟通协调能力。 英语4级及以上,读写无障碍,可以日常口语沟通。 Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Platform Store Operation & Management Assist in managing the daily operations of e-commerce platforms Assist in formulating marketing activity strategies for various platforms to achieve sales targets.
  • Visual Merchandising & Page Review Responsible for the overall visual presentation of the store, ensuring logical page layout, clear communication of product selling points, and aesthetically pleasing design. Collaborate with the MKT team to lead photoshoot projects for e-commerce products/GWP.
  • Product & Supply Chain Management Manage the TP to complete product sales forecasting and execute monthly ordering. Responsible for following up on the monthly assembly plans and listing schedules for products. Monitor inventory levels, manage inventory turnover, and optimize inventory structure.
  • E-CRM Management

Collaborate with CRM colleagues and suppliers to optimize the membership system and customer loyalty programs. Based on consumer insights and customer analysis, plan communication strategies for different customer segments to improve store repurchase rates.

  • Customer Service Team Optimization Supervise and optimize the workflow and service standards of the TP customer service team to enhance consultation conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Experience with premium/luxury brands is preferred. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with a good aesthetic sense. Possess market analysis and judgment capabilities, stay updated on industry trends, and be proactive. Responsible and conscientious, with excellent communication and coordination skills. CET-4 or above, with proficient reading and writing skills; capable of daily oral communication in English.
