我们寻找一位资深的咖啡研发工程师,主导咖啡新产品与新工艺的开发与优化。该职位将负责推动从实验室到商业化生产的全流程技术实现,重点关注工艺参数设计、设备应用优化以及生产稳定性提升,旨在确保产品在风味、成本和生产效率方面达到高标准 。 We are seeking a seasoned Coffee R&D Engineer to lead the development and optimization of new coffee products and processes. This role is responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation from lab to commercial production, with a core focus on process parameter design, equipment application optimization, and production stability enhancement, aiming to achieve high standards in flavor, cost, and production efficiency .

核心职责 / Key Responsibilities

1、工艺研发与优化 / Process R&D and Optimization

咖啡萃取、浓缩、干燥(如喷雾干燥、冷冻干燥)等核心工艺的研发与参数优化,深刻理解工艺变动对产品风味、得率及成本的影响 。 Lead the R&D and parameter design of core processes for coffee production, with a deep understanding of their impact on product flavor, yield, and cos

2、新技术与产品开发 / New Technology & Product Development

负责新型咖啡产品(如冷萃咖啡、冻干粉)的开发,完成从实验室小试、中试到规模化生产的全流程验证,并输出标准化、可复制的工艺解决方案 。 Drive the development of new coffee products (e.g., cold brew, freeze-dried powder), managing the complete validation process from lab-scale testing and pilot trials to mass production, and delivering standardized, replicable process solutions 。

3、生产支持与问题解决 / Production Support & Troubleshooting

及时响应并解决生产过程中的异常问题(如风味损失、结块、溶解性不佳等),通过优化设备参数和工艺稳定性来提升整体生产效率 。 Respond promptly to and resolve production abnormalities (e.g., flavor loss, caking, poor solubility), optimizing equipment parameters and process stability to improve overall production efficiency 。 4、 跨部门协作 / Cross-functional Collaboration

与供应链、生产、质量控制及市场营销等部门紧密合作,确保新工艺、新产品的顺利导入和稳定生产,并支持市场推广 。 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, Quality Control, and Marketing to ensure the smooth introduction and stable production of new processes and products, providing technical support for market launches 。

任职要求 / Qualifications & Requirements
1、教育背景 / Education

食品科学、化学工程、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2、工作经验 / Experience

至少5年以上咖啡或固体饮料生产工艺管理经验,精通喷雾干燥/冷冻干燥等核心技术,并拥有成功主导从实验室到市场落地的完整研发项目经验 。 Minimum of 5 years of experience in coffee or solid beverage process engineering, with proficiency in core technologies like spray drying and freeze-drying, and a proven track record of leading complete R&D projects from lab to market 。

3、技术技能 / Technical Skills

熟练掌握咖啡加工设备的工作原理和参数调整;熟悉食品安全生产的相关法规与标准(如FDA, GMP)。 In-depth knowledge of coffee processing equipment principles and parameter adjustment; Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, GMP) 。

4、语言能力 / Language Proficiency

具备优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力。 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 5、 综合素质 / Soft Skills
