Fermentis
, a business unit of the Lesaffre Group, is responsible for the development, marketing and commercialization of innovative products, solutions and services for the following markets:

  • Traditional fermented beverages (beer, wine, cider, spirits, etc.)
  • Specialty beverages (Kombucha, Kefir, etc.)
  • Soft drinks and dairy beverages
  • Raw materials such as: coffee, cocoa, tea, etc.

Job Description

  • Performance & Analysis: Assist the RSM(Regional Sales Manager)in achieving revenue targets, preparing the marketing budget, and reporting monthly sales results with ad-hoc analysis.
  • Market Research & Technical Sales: Conduct market studies and field visits to validate projections. Provide direct technical sales support by delivering presentations and preparing sales proposals to customers and distributors.
  • Distribution Network Management: Actively work with distributors to achieve yearly goals (sales, coverage, promotions) and provide them with ongoing technical and commercial support.
  • Promotion & Events: Support the promotion of products and assist in organizing customer seminars and events.
  • Sales Administration & Quality Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order-to-invoice processing and handle customer complaints as needed.
  • Reporting & Autonomy: Manage expenses within the budget, submit regular activity reports (weekly calls, meetings), and participate in performance reviews. All weekly activities require approval by the ASM(Area Sales Manager).
  • Logistics: The role is based at a local affiliate office and requires significant travel (over 50% of the time).

Qualifications

Essential

  • Brewing/distilling education background
  • Oversea working or education is a plus
  • Language: Native Chinese, Frequent English

Desirable:

  • Spirit distilling working/internship experience
